How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment from our Website
1. At the bottom right of the main page click "Book Now"
2. A new window will pop up titled "Make a booking"
3. Either create a new login for our site or if you already have one continue logging in.
4. Select "My Booking History"
5. Find your service that you want to reschedule or cancel.
Rescheduling
6. Click on "Reschedule" and a calendar will pop up.
7. Select a date and time that works best for you.
8. You will receive a text message confirming your changes
Cancelling
6. Click on "Cancel"
7. A pop up window will appear to the left of the booking window and ask you to confirm your cancelation. Select the option you want.
8. You will receive a text message confirming your changes
